For customers within the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland.

We charge a fee of €6.00 for shipping goods under 1.5kg

Should goods weigh more than 1.5kg we charge €14.00 euro (generally extra large yoga mats, bolsters or very bulky items)

You can upgrade to express postage for an extra fee of 14.00 euro, for express delivery please place your order prior to 1pm on day of the order. Does not apply to Outlet stock - this takes 2/3 days to process.

We use An Post for all deliveries.  

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery is usually within 2-5 business days. Delays can also be expected around Christmas time.

An Post deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm.

During Bank holiday periods please allow an extra day for delivery.

All our products are available to purchase online EXCEPT for Beyond Yoga - this store or telephone order only. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

For EU customers

We offer a flat shipping charge of 15 for goods under 0.5kg (generally clothing) 

However should the order weigh more than this (Generally 4/5 items in one order) we charge €25.00 

We cannot ship Yoga Cleaner, yoga mats or bolsters outside of Ireland without prior request for a shipping fee. 

For International Customers

(including U.K)

For most items offer a flat fee of €35.00 outside of the EU.

We now offer your VAT back of 20%.

You must use the Discount Code - OUTSIDE OF THE EU - at the time of checkout.

Should you use this code and either the billing or shipping address is within the EU we WILL NOT fulfil the order. This discount is for INTERNATIONAL customers ONLY. 
Please ONLY use this code if your billing and shipping address is outside of the EU. 
United Kingdom is included, excluding Northern Ireland.

We use an international courier, such as DHL for goods over the value of 150e.

We cannot ship Yoga Cleaner, Yoga mats or bolsters outside of Ireland.

Customs & Duties

SKULPT is not responsible for any form of customs duty or other taxes/tariffs that may apply after the items are dispatched. It is the Customers responsibility to verify whether the ordered products are eligible for import to his/her country or not before placing the order. If customs duty have to be paid by the customer after the items are dispatched and if the items are then returned by the customer, customs fees initially paid by the customer will not be refunded.

For parcels returned to us due to higher than expected customs fees, we reserve the right to refund the transaction less to cover the costs incurred (extra costs, VAT and customs duties).

TRACKING 

To track your delivery we will provide you with an An Post tracking number on your dispatch email. Please use the An Post tracking system to follow your item.  A signature may be required upon receipt of your item(s) to ensure safe delivery.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow for up to 24 hours for order processing.

Please be aware you maybe liable for custom duties outside the EU. These are NOT covered by SKULPT - these must be paid to the carrier if requested.
