We understand that you may occasionally want to return or exchange items that are not suitable and we are very happy to help you choose something else or offer a full refund.

Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.

If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.

Socks and underwear are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons (sports bras and bra tops are)

Water Bottles are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons

Yoga mats, Yoga Towels: Please make sure you check carefully the thickness and weight of the yoga mat or towel before purchasing, because for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on mats or towels that have been unrolled, or if the wrapping or seal around the mat has been removed. New Update: Unfortunately due to Covid19 we cannot accept ANY returns on Yoga Mat or Towels.

When trying on clothing please avoid wearing make-up, deodorant or fragrance which may leave a mark or scent on clothes. We cannot accept returns of marked items.

Hangtags, labels, dust bags, and any other designer labelling should not be removed, and should be included in the return.

You are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items. SKULPT reserves the right to refuse returns on items which are damaged in transit as a result of inadequate packaging. Returns that are received and deemed to be in an unsellable condition, will be rejected and returned to you.nFor advice please email our team returns@skulpt.ie.

Making a return or exchange is simple. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all items returned to us.

Online Purchases:  You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item, i.e. The product must be returned to SKULPT no later than 14 days from date of delivery.

However, you must inform us of your intention to return/exchange the items within 7 days of receiving them. Please email our team returns@skulpt.ie with your order number and we will email you with a returns number.

In-Store Purchases: You have 5 days to return, or 10 days to exchange.

What is your return policy, on sale items?

Our returns policy on sale priced items in-store is no exchange or no refund.

If purchased online we offer our full 14 day return policy, unless otherwise stated on the items page.

How do I return/exchange an item to you?

Returning/exchanging a purchase could not be simpler. Email our returns team returns@skulpt.ie to tell them what you are returning or exchanging. Our team will give you a returns number.  Return your package to us using the address on your dispatch email. It is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage at the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Online purchases cannot be refunded in-store - as we must refund to the website. We can however accept in-store exchanges. 

Gifts 

I received a gift can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds on gifts, we do however offer an exchange or a credit note, which is valid for strictly six months.

Christmas Gifts

We do an extended exchange over the Christmas period. All gifts purchased from end of November to Christmas Eve must be returned to the store by Monday 6th January 2020.

If you cannot get to our store by this date please post your gift & we can send you an online gift card that will be valid for 6 months. 

Christmas 2020 - exchange is Monday 4th January 2021.

Will my return or exchange shipping costs be refunded?

Unfortunately not. We advise that you obtain proof of postage and please retain this proof of postage until you have received your refund.

Can I return a faulty item past the refund/exchange period?

Please contact our team on returns@skulpt.ie or by telephone and we will assist you with this query. 

Please note, we are unable to accept as faulty returned items where damage has been caused by not following the washing instructions on the label.
