We understand that you may occasionally want to return or exchange items that are not suitable and we are very happy to help you choose something else or offer a full refund on most full priced items.
ECommerce Purchases:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item, i.e. The product must be returned to us no later than 14 days from date of delivery to you.
However, you must inform us of your intention to return/exchange the items within 7 days of receiving them.
Please email our team returns@skulpt.ie with your order number and we will email you with a returns number.
InStore Purchases (Powerscourt):
No refund on store purchases. You do however have a 14 day exchange period.
Should you not find something suitable to exchange to you can choose a credit note. Valid for strictly for 48 months.
Sale Items In Store
Please note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged when purchased InStore, they have been reduced in price for this reason. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Sale Items Online
You can return an item bought in sale within seven days of purchase. The item needs to have all original tags.
However at the end of sale - we may have final sale days and offer NO exchange or return - please ensure you read our Term & conditions of sale carefully on the the sale before placing your order.
If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
Some items are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons. Please check the product information or email us if unsure.
STRICTLY FINAL SALE ITEMS
All Yoga mats, Yoga Towels, Bolsters and other yoga equipment.
Please make sure you check carefully the thickness and weight of the yoga mat or towel before purchasing.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we DO NOT accept returns on Yoga Mats, Yoga Towels, Cork Yoga Blocks, Bolsters, head accessories, socks, baseball caps or underwear.
Please ensure when trying on our clothing that you avoid wearing make-up, deodorant or fragrance which may leave a mark or scent on clothes. We cannot accept returns of marked items.
Hangtags, labels, dust bags, and any other designer labelling should NOT be removed, and should be included in the return.
You are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items.
SKULPT reserves the right to refuse returns on items which are damaged in transit as a result of inadequate packaging. Returns that are received and deemed to be in an unsellable condition, will be rejected and returned to you.

How do I return/exchange an item to you?
Return your package to us using the address on your dispatch email. It is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage at the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Online purchases cannot be refunded in-store. We must refund to the website. We can however accept an on-line purchase for an in-store exchanges as long as it is within the exchange time period. Should there be a price difference this will only happen via the website.
If you place an order and request a cancellation prior to shipment. Skulpt will unfortunately charge a 4% cancellation fee for non recoverable banking transaction fees.
Gifts
Store purchased Gifts have a 28 day exchange or a credit note, which is valid for strictly 48 months.
Ecommerce Gifts unless stated at Christmas time have a 14 days refund/exchange period.
Gift Cards online or store are non refundable.
Gifts are entitled to exchange only or credit note only.

Will my return or exchange shipping costs be refunded?
Unfortunately not. We advise that you obtain proof of postage and please retain this proof of postage until you have received your refund.
Can I return a faulty item past the refund/exchange period?
Please contact our team on returns@skulpt.ie or by telephone and we will assist you with this query.
Please note, we are unable to accept as faulty returned items where damage has been caused by not following the washing instructions on the label.
