Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We understand that you may occasionally want to return or exchange items that are not suitable and we are very happy to help you choose something else or offer a full refund.

Making a return or exchange is simple. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all items returned to us, they MUST BE unworn, in perfect condition with ORIGINAL TAGS on them. If they have no tags or are worn we will NOT refund your monies but resend you back your purchases. 

Online Purchases:  You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items. However, you must inform us of your intention to return/exchange the items within 7 days of receiving them. Please email our team with your order number and we will email you with a returns number.

In-Store Purchases: You have 5 days to return or 10 days exchange an item.

Refunds will only be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any underwear, yoga mats, hair products or socks.

What is your return policy, on sale items?

Our returns policy on sale priced items in store - no exchange or no refund.

If purchased online it is exchange only – you have 7 days to exchange an item.

How do I return/exchange an item to you?

Returning/exchanging a purchase could not be simpler. Email our returns team to tell them what you are returning or exchanging. Our team will give you a returns number.  Return your package to us using the address on your dispatch email. It is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage at the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post.

Will my return or exchange shipping costs be refunded?

Unfortunately not. We advise that you obtain proof of postage and please retain this proof of postage until you have received your refund.

Can I return a faulty item past the 10 days refund/exchange?

Please contact our team on returns@skulpt or by telephone and we will assist you with this query. 

Please note, we are unable to accept as faulty returned items where damage has been caused by not following the washing instructions on the label.
