We understand that you may occasionally want to return or exchange items that are not suitable and we are very happy to help you choose something else or offer a full refund.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item, i.e. The product must be returned to us no later than 14 days from date of delivery to you.
However, you must inform us of your intention to return/exchange the items within 7 days of receiving them. Please email our team firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will email you with a returns number.
Store Purchases (Powerscourt):
No refund on store purchases. You do however have a 10 days exchange period.
Should you not find something suitable to exchange to you can choose a credit note (valid for strictly 6 months)
Store purchased sale items - 5 day exchange only NO refund.
We do accept deposits. Minimum Value is 30%.
Deposit are non refundable.
Items cannot be exchanged in lieu of other goods.
Goods must be paid for within 3 months.
Goods and deposit are both forfeited if they are not paid for in full within 3 months.
ECommerce Sale/Outlet return policy
Online purchases - you have strictly 7 days from date of receipt to return the items to us. If you used extra discount codes it maybe final sale. Please check this carefully before purchasing.
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.
Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed.
If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
Some items are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

All Yoga mats, Yoga Towels, Bolsters and other yoga equipment.
Please make sure you check carefully the thickness and weight of the yoga mat or towel before purchasing.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we DO NOT accept returns on Yoga Mats, Yoga Towels, Cork Yoga Blocks, Bolsters, head accessories, socks, baseball caps or underwear.
Please ensure when trying on our clothing that you avoid wearing make-up, deodorant or fragrance which may leave a mark or scent on clothes. We cannot accept returns of marked items.
Hangtags, labels, dust bags, and any other designer labelling should NOT be removed, and should be included in the return.
You are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items.
SKULPT reserves the right to refuse returns on items which are damaged in transit as a result of inadequate packaging. Returns that are received and deemed to be in an unsellable condition, will be rejected and returned to you.

How do I return/exchange an item to you?
Return your package to us using the address on your dispatch email. It is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage at the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Online purchases cannot be refunded in-store. We must refund to the website. We can accept in-store exchanges as long as it is within the exchange time period. Should there be a price difference this will only happen via the website.
If you place an order and request a cancellation prior to shipment- Skulpt will charge a 4% cancellation fee for non recoverable banking transaction fees.
Store purchased Gifts have a 28 day exchange or a credit note, which is valid for strictly 6 months.
Ecommerce Gifts unless stated at Christmas time have a 14 days refund/exchange period.
